Madeline (she/her) is an Analyst at Davis Pier, bringing a background in occupational therapy and a wealth of experience in healthcare service design, policy consultation, and stakeholder engagement. Madeline has worked across a variety of sectors, including clinical private practice, healthcare, and the not-for-profit industry. Her career has centered on investing in individuals and communities marginalized by systems of oppression, using client-directed, collaborative approaches, service design, and systems-level advocacy.
In addition to her clinical work, Madeline has been involved in academic settings as a research assistant with Nova Scotia Health, where she contributed to studies focused on improving the quality of life for individuals who use wheelchairs and their caregiving systems.
Madeline holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She remains a Registered Occupational Therapist in the Province of Nova Scotia.
Outside of her professional work, Madeline enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, reading, and exploring nature.
