Lauren (she/her) is an Analyst at Davis Pier, working on service design and modernization projects for public sector clients. Her work focuses on collaborating with clients, partners, and community to improve the usability, utility, and efficiency of digital services. Lauren is passionate about using user-centred design to enhance public programs and create positive community impact. She brings valuable experience in product management, behavioural science, and data-driven decision making from her previous work in the technology and health sectors.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and French from the University of Ottawa and a User Experience Design certificate from Algonquin College.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys photography, nature, and visiting her nieces and nephews in Prince Edward Island.
