Julie (she/her) is a Partner at Davis Pier and has worked in public sector consulting for over 12 years with a focus on Social Policy. Julie’s experience and expertise are in large-scale government transformations, where she leads teams responsible for legislative, regulatory and policy reform, organizational redesign, information technology design and implementation, and data modelling and analytics.
As the Management Sponsor for Davis Pier’s internal Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee, Julie is committed to bringing an anti-racism and anti-oppression lens to the firm’s projects and operations. Across all her work, Julie is driven to create actionable solutions that affect positive changes for people and communities.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary University.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys staying active with her boys, coaching and playing basketball, and hosting gatherings with friends and family. She often visits her hometown of Antigonish where she enjoys spending time on the beach, paddleboarding, kayaking or boating.
