Josh is a Principal at Davis Pier, where he’s dedicated to helping government and public sector organizations navigate transformations and build a brighter future for citizens. With over 20 years of experience in leading and advising on policy implementation, digital services, and public procurement, Josh is passionate about making a meaningful difference in community.
Before joining Davis Pier in 2024, Josh served as a Senior Executive with the Government of Nova Scotia, where he played a key role in strategic planning, performance management, and developing innovative digital products and services.
Josh holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Acadia University.
When he’s not at work, Josh loves to stay active through outdoor activities like baseball and volleyball, and he’s always there to cheer on and support his daughters in their pursuits.
