Janine (she/her) is the Director of Strategy and Communications at Davis Pier. She leads the firm’s strategic marketing and communications efforts, supports thought leadership, and tackles strategic project delivery related to organizational health, social impact, and philanthropy.
Janine has over 15 years of experience leading people, strategy, communications, and brand marketing in the public and private sector. Her expertise and passion sit at the intersection of strategy and community impact, and she has led significant digital transformation and communications for organizations that are deeply committed to building more resilient communities.
Janine holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
In her downtime, Janine enjoys time in the woods with her dog, adventures in backyard gardening, and many trips to Newfoundland to see her family and hit the East Coast Trail.
