Benjamin (he/him) is an Analyst at Davis Pier with a background in Architecture and a passion for human-centred design. His experience spans the public sector, where he has led user research projects to improve digital services for diverse audiences. His approach is rooted in empathy, seeking to understand user challenges and translating insights into intuitive, accessible solutions.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from India, a UX Design graduate Certificate from Humber College (Toronto) and a Human-Centred Design graduate certificate from Algonquin College (Ottawa).
Outside of work, Benjamin finds inspiration in making collage art, playing guitar, and exploring new landscapes, whether on a new hiking trail or a road trip. He also likes to indulge his curiosity as a dedicated space nerd.
