Megan (she/her) is Davis Pier’s Project Coordinator, bringing close to a decade of experience in project and program management. Megan’s experience spans several sectors, including defence learning, healthcare, and disability program management. Megan is an effective communicator and problem solver with a focus on leading teams through organizational management, earned value analysis, and project health monitoring to deliver desired project outcomes and results.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a major in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University and has a Project Management Professional Certificate through the PMI Institute.
Outside of work, Megan spends time taking her golden retriever to various Nova Scotia trails and farmers markets, watching and playing any sport she can get her hands on, and making regular summer trips to PEI.
