Élisabeth (she/her) is an Associate with extensive experience in the public sector, particularly in leading complex initiatives aimed at enhancing community involvement and shaping strategic outcomes in healthcare and social services. She excels in strategic project management and is particularly skilled at designing and leading engagement processes that prioritize diverse voices and people with lived experiences. Her expertise in human-centered design and facilitation helps her create inclusive and collaborative environment. Élisabeth’s strong communication skills in both French and English have enabled her to establish important partnerships with community.

Élisabeth holds a Bachelor of Communication from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, a Master of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University, and comprehensive project management certification from Saint Mary’s University. She also has advanced training in change management, facilitation, and public participation methodologies.

In her personal time, Élisabeth enjoys beach outings, hiking with her three dogs, and traveling to explore new destinations.
